Strength + HIIT
This class is the same as our high-energy HIIT Pilates class — with an added challenge, weights! In this version, we incorporate light to moderate weights to increase resistance, build strength, and take your workout to the next level. Expect a full-body burn, improved endurance, and muscle definition, all while moving to a dynamic flow and beat-driven format.
We still offer our non-weighted version for those who prefer to keep it bodyweight-focused, but if you're looking to level up your strength and intensity, this is your class.
Sculpt Pilates
This class focuses on precision, control, and proper alignment to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your muscles, while improving flexibility and posture. On your mat, you'll move through a series of exercises that engage the core, improve mobility, and enhance overall body awareness.
Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, this class offers modifications to suit all levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout. Bring your focus, and leave feeling stronger and more centered.
