How Do I Book a Class?

To book a class at The LAB, download the GloFox app from the App Store or Google Play. Search and select 'The Lab Movement Studio', create an account. Once you're logged in, you can view our schedule, book classes, purchase passes, and manage your membership—all in one place. It’s the easiest way to stay connected, reserve your spot, and keep your movement routine on track.

What do I need to bring to class?

Please bring your own mat to class, as we have only a limited number of mats available for rent. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, and feel free to bring a water bottle and towel to stay refreshed.

I already use GloFox for a different studio, how do I access your schedule?

If you already use GloFox for another studio, simply log out, search for The LAB Movement Studio within your existing GloFox app. Create a new account or log in with a different email to access our schedule, book classes, and manage your passes. This way, you can easily keep your bookings separate and enjoy all that The LAB has to offer!

Is there parking?

Yes! Free parking is available along Medora Street, just steps from the studio. Please allow a few extra minutes before class to find a spot and get settled in.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! You can easily bring a friend through the GloFox app. When booking your class, just select the option to add a friend. The app will either use one of your class credits or charge the credit card on file for their spot. 

What’s your policy on phone use in class?

We kindly ask that phones are silenced and put away during class to maintain focus and respect the studio environment. Filming is not permitted during class to protect the privacy and comfort of all clients.

What’s your cancellation or no-show policy? What if I am late?

There’s no penalty for cancelling or missing a class, but we do have a strict no late entry policy. Please arrive on time, as doors close at the start of class to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for everyone.

Do you have a changeroom or showers?

We don’t have showers or full changerooms, but there is a single washroom available for changing if needed. We recommend arriving ready to move whenever possible.
